Evo 9 5 speed transmission/clutch
Evo 9 5 speed transmission/clutch
Good evening guys my car won’t go into gears after driving for a while I don’t understand why. I have a brand new atc clutch transmission fluid is topped off and I bleed the clutch. It’s hard to explain because you can shift perfectly fine until you can’t, no gears would go in and when it goes it feels like you forcing it. I appreciate your advice I’m looking forward to read your thoughts
Note: the car shifts well when on movement but it’s hard to shift when parked.

The fluid level stays the same I don’t have any leaks but chat gpt suggested that the clutch master cylinder might have an internal leak and might not get the pressure necessary to shift.

You can verify clutch movement by watching the fork outside of the vehicle while someone pushes the clutch or record it on your phone while you do it. The transmission mechanically either shifts or it doesn't, time and or heat isn't going to affect the function for the most part.
If there is moisture around the clutch master cylinder inside the vehicle that could be the issue
Never thought we would get to a point in the world where Evo owners are Chat GPTing their issues but here we are!
