finally got he FP manifold on after 3 hours
Ok question, why didn't you do yourself a favor and replace the manifold studs since they are all rusty n ****? Get yourself a set of ARP studs and call it a day. They way they don't break next time you have to do this job. Other then that nice job.
I'd be curious to see back to back comparisons of the stock manifold vs the FP on your setup. While the FP part is excellent, it has shown time and time again to hurt spool slightly at the gain of a little top end.
If it were me I would retune it being its designed for more airflow. Any upgrade like that you should always reutne to maximize your setup. Idk if op did or not and its ok if he didn't I don't really think it would make that much of a difference between a stock ported and this mani to be put on and just run.
