Seriously, some gorilla at UPS prolly stepped or sat on the muffler end of the cat back tube. Either that or Buschur forgot toflare the end of the muffler inlet pipe.

 

Call and talk to David at Bushur. I had bought the JDM exhaust system from him and the JDM style tip would not clear the rear bumper and burned the bumper partially. He sent me a new Magnaflow for just the price of shipping. If yours is damaged too badly, you will have to send it back. If not, try putting some liquid hand soap on the end of the Cat-back and the inlet to the muffler. It should slide on much easier. Then measure in 1 and 1/2 inches from the end of the Cat-back and place a line with a marker. When you slide the muffler over the Cat back to the line, it will be exactly where it needs to be. Then tighten the band clamp. Hope this helped.
