Is is 1.0 mm? Anyone?

It's in the 0,7-0,8mm region. If you would like to lower the compression you could use a HKS gasket, they come in 1,0mm and 1,2mm. The 1,0 would give you 8,6:1 and the 1,2 would give 8,5:1.
