AS TESTED:

FUEL - 94 OCTANE UNLEADED (NO OCTANE BOOSTERS OR RACEGAS)

BOOST - 19PSI

BOOST CONTROL - BR MANUAL BOOST CONTROL

INTERNAL ENGINE MODIFICATIONS - HKS 264 INTAKE AND 264 EXHAUST CAMSHAFTS

TURBO MODIFICATIONS - NONE

INTERCOOLER - BR FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER KIT

INTAKE MODIFICATIONS - BR AIR FILTER KIT, BR UPPER I/C PIPE KIT, BR MAF PIPE KIT, BR BATTERY KIT

EXHAUST MODIFICATIONS - BR 3" FULL EXHAUST

CATALYTIC CONVERTER - NONE

ECU MODIFICATIONS - NONE (BUSCHUR ECU FLASH AVAILABLE)

FUEL TUNING MODIFICATIONS - SUPER AFC w/BR CALIBRATION

FUEL DELIVERY MODIFICATIONS - NONE

-----------------------

mate first get a decent ecu a mappable one, we have gems, powerfc and autronics in the uk

i believe u call gems aems and get it mapped from someone who knows how to eek out more power ,
u have the cams induction and exhaust system which is cool

next step is get a fuel pressure regulator and run bar to suit boost like on standard evo 7 or 8 internals u can get away with 1.7 bar before u bend the rods.

that should take u near 370 or 380 bhp with 349 ft torque or more or a lil less.

and also running that much boost get a decent clutch like the hks twin plate or quarter master or even a 6 paddle alcon or helix.

700 to 800 cc injectors try www.injector.com and also rc engineering ones

and a uprated fuel pump and also try sard injectors their awesome

do get your gearbox shotpeened if u do alot of 1.4 miles mate.

then after that u can do the internals maybe crower or jun rods with je pistons good compression and gas flow the head with valves to suit and get a nice turbo kit if u want near 500 bhp a garrett gt3040 will be nice and a nice manifold and external wastegate maybe a hks or turbosmart wastegate

and theirs plenty of more ,depends on what u want

evil evo,

Not sure since you already have the cams. If you get the Buschur Flash for the ECU with Stage 4 then you might see a difference. Other than that not sure you will see all that much. However if you are going on to further upgrades then the pump and injectors are a must. Also ask them about new head bolts. I had them put on new bolts with my Stage 4. If you do decide to do it have them upgrade your springs and retainers as well.

The Buschur flash will raise the rev limiter to 8500 however David told me they only tested the stock springs and retainers to 7800, so I maks sure I shift around 7800 as I do not have the upgraded ones. If you have them upgrade your springs and retainers with the Flash - you will get almost another 1000rpms...

I went from stage 3 to stage four. Car does not dive well at all since the upgrade. Tends to stall once it's submerged under water.

On a serious note, driveability sucks. Car idles like a dragster IMO. Power is definitely better . Gas mileage went down due to needing more fuel to mix with all that extra air the cams are making. After stage 4 install, I blew my first IC hose off. Boost stayed the same as far as psi is concerned, but the pressure was increased. Oh, the sound of metal clanking at idle (cams) took some getting used to.

Hope this helps.
