Anyone stripped Adjustment screw on Type S??

Well i did, this morning, I was going to tighten the nut that hold the adjustment screw on top from moving, and kept tightening a little too much and it ripped out the thread right out of the top of the BOV, so now the adjustment screw wont go or stay in because there are no threads....This thing has been a pain from the begining, but it worked really well. The diaphragm on mine came smushed up which caused it to melt together , and i never could get it adjusted right, and now this morning i stripped the whole top of the thing. Peice of Crap. I put the stocker back on but the stocker seems very very quiet compared to what i thought it would be with an apexi intake. The Type S was loud vented. I cant even hear the stocker now. Too I think i have a boost leak somewhere now, but i cant go fix it right now because I got OwNeD by getting called into work in the middle of switching out the valves. Any one elses stocker that quiet with an intake??

Mines loud.... sounds good..... but my exhaust drowndes it out.....

As far as striping out the BOV, isn't it aluminum? Was going to say that you could put a heli-coil... but I dont think that would work......?

Or you could get a tap a little bigger and a different screw....

A heli coil is a thread that you put in place of another thread....Kinda like you tap the hole to a larger size then put the heli coil in its place, and its the same size as it was stock..... Picture isnt the greatest, but you get the idea..........
