OK.. this may sound like a weird suggestion, but since you were under the car.. check your crank sensor.. also check the wiring harness to your cam angle sensor.. and the wiring to your coil packs.. all of those wiring harnesses are near where you were working and therefore could have come loose.

idles fine huh, but falls flat on it face when you start going?

check your mass air flow meter, see if its still connected, maybe some foreign material got into the hot wire of the sensor throwing it off.

just a sugg.

Actually, my gastank is located underneath the rear seat, not under the hood where the sensors and harness are.

Yea I will take another look, but what's weird as it doesn't throw a CEL when I test drive it this way. I know the CEL works, as after a ECU reset my testpipe sets it off within 50 miles.

I thought a MAF malfunction would immediately throw a code?

None visible...have seen it smoke at fuel cut before though. I just is weird, like the ECU pulls major timing when boost starts. If I kept the thang in negative vacuum the cars runs perfect NA....

Looked for every possible boost leak, only if it is exited through the black hose side wall itself, but no visible damage or detection on any boost leak.

No, drove the car for about 1.5 hours after the fuel pump install, and started to drive the next morning and it started cutting out as soon as I left down the street.

I think that you should test the fuel pressure with a pressure gauge. If you don't have one, then I'm afraid that you are going to have to remove the fuel pump and inspect the O ring / or the rubber thing from the stock pump. Do you have an air fuel meter? sounds like you're running lean.

Yes, scanned yesterday and it is reading a "bank 1 lean fuel code" Question is, Is it has to be the fuel pump, but the whether I use the Walbro or Stock pump, it still has the same problem.

Where to go from here? Which O ring are you referring to?

Hmm.. the Bank1 lean code your describing is typical for an aftermarket "Maf Pipe" (intake setup) It happens all the time to me because at idle the engine runs alot leaner than it did before i installed the MAF pipe.. What aftermarket parts are you running again besides the pump??

Oh, another thought is you may have a defective O2 sensor for some reason.. However sputtering and dying is a classic symptom of a bad MAF sensor or its disconnected (Since the engine would no longer read the sensor) IF your MAF sensor was disconnected though, you'd probably see a different code in addition to the bank1 lean.. and if the O2 sensor was disconnected then you'd get a seperate code specific to the O2 sensor heater not functioning... Hope this guides you in the right direction..

Well replaced the fuel pump and car was running great for about 2 weeks, then it started to pull timing bad between 4000-5000K, but no CEL light. Injectors are working at 70-95% duty cycle now, so I assume it getting fuel. If I go to WOT it will hesitate bad and then kick back in after 5500rpm. Really screwed up! Now I am reduced to putting around because of no warranty and no diagnosis!

Yes possibly, but there is no CEL code currently.
