Post Manual boost controller help

I just bought a Manual boost Controller from Lancershop.com its the Perrin Performance Manual Boost Controller.

Anyway I plan to install it and set it at 19psi do you wise evo guys know of any adverse effects? Is this safe? I know the evo maxes at 19psi then tapers off to 16psi. What is the reason for this? If I install it, it will boost 19 all the way to redline do you think this will have any adverse effects on the car can the fuel pump/injectors handle this fine? Give me some feed back please

I have the exact same question. I run 91octane in south OC and only have a K&N panel filter. BTW it peaks 18.5 and tapers to about 16.5. Do you have any mods?

I have an apexi TT and an autometer boost gauge and a/f ratio meter. No Performance mods though. I run 91 octane also
