Question Ralliart ECU Expert

Since I had no tech answer from Ralliart I would appreciate if someone could help me with these questions:

Why Ralliart ECU was made?
What this ECU change over the stock one?
Can I use this ECU with all other parts stock?
This ECU needs a low temp thermostat? change the fan operation?
This ECU raises the boost pressure?
Do I need to improve my IC piping?
Do I need to put a free flow cat back?
Do I need to tune the car after instalation?

My car is a stock Evo 7 JDM and I do not have a tunner to work on my car so I just can buy bolt-on parts that do not require tune. Is this ECU a plug and go part?

This is a new ECU to put in the place of the stock. Not programmable.

waste of money imo
really expensive and you only get like 30hp
just get a boost controller, it will do the same thing

some people just enjoy staying close to manufacturer mods only (RA and mitsu)

Ralliart is reliable, isn't it?
Correct me if I'm wrong, the stock ecu was made with some parameters reading all sensors of the car and assuming that the car runs the stock boost, so if I change the boost pressure I'm changing all the parameters made by the stock ecu, so my car could run lean or rich due to incorrect parameters...
