Greddy Titanium Catback

Here's pics...

Here's a video of me starting the car with just a straight pipe, no muffler...

The car backfires!

Evo VIII with straight pipe
Size: 7.13mb
Running time: 42 seconds

And here's the video of the actual exhaust!

Evo VIII w/ Greddy Titanium
Size: 7.21mb
Running Time: 43 seconds

Driving around today, it's definitely damn nice. At cruising speeds it's nice & deep, but it gets droning too. I'm probably not used to it yet though...

But at WOT, oh my god, it's ****ing CRAZY. I gotta get a video of me taking off or something, it's LOUD...

At 3,000rpms in 5th gear, that's about 65-70mph, it's not bad at all. I can still hear my radio (stock), which is usually set at 20-23 (volume). I took an hour long drive today each way, and it starts to get really droning after a while.

This is at 3,000-3,500rpms too, but I could still have a normal conversation with the people in my car, so it's not too bad...

I definitely like it though! Props to 500whp for hooking me up, he's got good prices! Go to him if you ever need anything for your Evo! I'm gonna buy my Defi D gauges from him

Hi,
do you have a picture of the full cat back taken under your car just to see if the it's a "high flow" one?

I have this exhaust too and love it except one thing. I have a blue evo also, and the exhaust is about 1" too short. So you will get some deposit on your bumper. I need to buy a heat shield or goto a muffler shop and have them extend it by about 1.5-2" so I don't keep getting those deposits

Monkey,

Same with me, I get that soot on my WHITE evo all the time. I'm gonna have a muffler shop extend mine to cure the problem. BTW I wonder what type of hp loses we're talking with the resonator installed? I'm gonna get my car dynoed twice. 1. w/ the silencer and 2. without to see the difference in horsepower,
