Question Buschur Air Filter Install Question

I just installed mine today but it doesn't look like what is pictured on the BR website. I called BR earlier and was advised by Jarrod to install the L bracket to the lower MAS bolt(firewall side) and bolt it to one of the bracket holes that are no longer utilitzed by the stock bracket. I tried every way possible but the L bracket just will not fit correctly. So, I tried it on the other side, lower bolt but radiator side. I installed the other end of the braket just above the boost solenoid. The L bracket kinda fits but I have to stretch the MAS tube from the turbo a little bit in order for it to fit. I tightened everything up and it looks okay but somehow it doesn't look like the one pictured on the BR site.

So, where did everyone install their L bracket? TIA.

I threw my bracket in the trash, it wouldn't fit in any location. Really poorly designed bracket.

You've got to be kidding. The bracket was easy to figure out, and correctly designed.

I was about to do that yesterday. I tried it several different ways and observed that what I stated above was the best fitment. It looks pretty stable at that location.

Villan:

You have the bracket on correctly.

Disregard some of the BS above.
