ThreeSpeed Sheild and the ATS conversion
ThreeSpeed Sheild and the ATS conversion
First off I would like to thank everyone that has purchased an ThreeSpeed EVO VIII stainless steel scatter shield (SSSS) from your favorite vendors. Well over 50 have been sold in the last three months, alone.
I wanted to bring up an important point regarding these two products, when installed together. (see title)
If you are planning on running a ATS push type conversion, the bracket will hit the shield. If you are planning to run this combo let your vendor know and you can special order a shield just for that combo, for an additional $50.00.
Or you can just cut the part of the shield that interfers with the bracket yourself.
I just wanted to give you a head-up!
Thank you for your support,
Harry
P.S. Congratulations to Turbotrix for running multiple nines with a ThreeSpeed EVO VIII Scattershield on board!!

Sorry for any inconvenience. If you already have the shield and need the shield cut let us know. We will work it out with you.
The ThreeSpeed shield was designed to fit with the oem type slave cylinder and provide maximum coverage. Making them all with the large cut out needed for the conversion doesn't make sense YET but we now have a solution if you are running a ATS.
"It is easier to cut then to add, as they say."
