I just installed a HKS type-1 w/greddy harness, and everytime I take the car out of ignition so the TT can do its job the transitions is very rough. Like the car practically dies for a second and revs up by itself to keep itself alive. The only complication I can see is maybe the greddy harness? I also have my gauges attached to the ignition and power wire of the harness...

Can someone please diagnose my problem it is really annoying.
