Tomei's stroker kit is much better than the Toba. All made in their shop and they have much more experience with the 4g63.

I'm sure that you've done some extensive research comparing Toda to Tomei. If so would you please share it with me.

Like I said earlier, If I had to do it again I'd go for a kit like boost-solutions makes over Toda, Jun, or Tomei. At the time of purchase, 6 months ago, Toda was the only readily available solution. Combined with the Pauter rods this stroker kit is awesome, way over priced, but awesome.
