I have Buschur Stage V BR500, AEM EMS, 272 cams, head studs

Strocker, JUN 2.2ltr. Noriis Designs run theirs at 800bhp with no problems. will help driveability and performance. also VERY strong.

water injection. will provent detonation and help you run the boost even higher. good idea if you are running pump fuel. should beable to run similar boost to what you could on race fuel. also look into methanol injection. will help cool the inlet air and improve the octane rating of the mixture. also reduce the EGT!

larger radiator? if you dont have one. something peole forget about, will let you run the engine hard for longer (less overheating)!

please pardon the ignorance, but what do you have already? i cant fined the stage 5 on the website. sorry.

thats all i can think of now. i will try and come up with some more.

thanks Chris.

Ang Wen Yan, i have not seen that much on the Tomei 2.2ltr kit. got any info on it or links? whats the cost of it as the JUN is very exspencive!

some more things to think about.

inlet manifold, JUN would be nice but there are some others. i think BR make them up and Boost Solutions sells a few.

then just do what Ang Wen Yan said with the head work, blueprinting and balncecing. also some lightening mods may help. get rid of the balancer shaft to as thats one less thing to go wrong. also a bottom end bolt kit, i think Tomei do them.

dont forget fueling. 280 Sard would help or a 280lph pick-up and then a Bosh Grp A would be better. then -6 or -8 lines with a new fuel rail and some 1000cc injectors!

thanks Chris.
