Question upto 400 HP on stock turbo???

What do you have to do to get those type of numbers. I am reading many threads that talk about it but still waiting to see what parts are needed. I have the boltons done with the UTEC but I am not sure what the formula is to get that kind of power. Could someone please make a generic list of parts, boost pressure, and octane??? Any help is appreciated.

Are you talking about 400 at the wheels?

Well I have full 3"exhaust, intake, upgraded BOV, gauges, fuel pump, grounding kit, Cusco lower bracket arm, UTEC, and dyno flash tune. I was wondering what other parts were used to get the HP as well as boost and octane level. Thanks

i asked the same question about a week ago. with your typical bolt on and tuning you might hit 400 at the flywheel but to at the wheels. I'm basically getting the idea that 400+whp is not obtainable with the stock turbo. Maybe with the right tuning it can be done thought.

I will be adding the HKS DLI and a new intercooler very soon and then hopefully I can beat the 11.65 at 118mph. I really think it is possible as do others around me so we shall see.

I'm selling my Greddy Vspec intercooler for 500 if anyone is interested.

Smile

Some one mentioned that this GM part was needed to run higher than normal boost levels. My UTEC comes with an auxillary boost solenoid that works the same.

It's used to control boost via the AEM EMS.
