I'm installing a new radiator sometime next week and would also like to upgrade the fans to something smaller and faster.

Anyone have any research on fans and what size would work on the Evo?

look up spal slimline fans. you can get them pretty small in diameter and they have a really small depth.

 

I'll second the SPAL fans. I've used them before and have had great results with them. They will be louder than stock, but their performance makes up for it

 

yeah everybody always asks me what that sound is and somebody asked me if it was a supercharger lol.

 

Or you could go with a Flex-a-Lite dual fan kit.

 

do they come as small as the spal fans tho?
