So they are correct! That means I had my car tuned at 2 degrees advanced! That sucks, does that mean I need to retune? When I read a Vishnu thread they stated the marks to the left of 0 are retard and to the right are advanced. They even had a picture with the post, I'll try to dig it up.

Well I just figured out where the confusion came from. The Vishnu gears have the marks on the outer gear with the teeth and the AEM gears have the marks on the inner part of the gear. This means that on the Vishnu gear the left side of 0 is Retard but on the AEM gear it would be on the right side. Easy mistake, looks like they are correct after all, sorry guys!
