what you can do to a stock EVO with $1000(performance)

is $1000 enough fo r an intake and exhaust system ???? with installation????

mbc/exhaust and intake

you should be in the 12's with holding 20 PSI to redline with those mods

if you want to do it yourself you can get a intake, downpipe, testpipe and a cat back on e-bay and still have some $$ left

You can do it for $1000, but it depends on what type of products you want. If you want the best products for you Evo, then $1000 isn't going to cut it. But if you want a good exhaust system, dp, and intake it can be done.

It all depends on your taste aqnd what you think is good for your car. Everyone on here has different opinions on what is the best. My exhaust system and intake cost me around $1500 no install.

Good luck with your shopping and I hope you find the best parts for your car.....and the best deals for your wallet.

$1000 performance

1) 3in turbo back exhaust system(eg.helix turbo back)
2) k and N drop in filter
3) Apexi safc-2 fuel controller

Youll be good to go with these mods

screw that...reflash, mbc, and downpipe = $1,000 will get you consistant high 12's and look completely stock

you could invest that money on stock or bonds and get 4 times as much back in months. Then you could actually do whatever you please.
