HKS RS Intake Users - Suction Kit, worth it?

Id get it tuned, no questions. Im confused by some of your posts. A few people have dyno'd their cars and the intake gives more whp in the upper gears.

For those who suggested Buschur...is the intake still loose like others have reported last year? I believe he added a bracket now?

*im selling a piece of equipment that will bring me in about 800 bucks...so its really free money and i dont plan on modding much after i get tb, mbc, flash and intake.

Because I heard this intake drops about 3whp. But K$N drop adds about 4whp.

This was from a guy who's dynoed his car with it and without.

his setup is STOCK BOX w/k&N filter (took out the HKS suction kit), cam gears both front and rear, XETE, catback exhaust and few other things.

Yes of corse it needs to be tuned to get that out of it. I think it'll lose power if you don't have the a/f and timing set.

This had been covered before,
HKS RS is the best as long as you can tune you AFR. Without tuning, throws off AFR bad. Lose power.

Yes, it has...but i was asking about the suction pipe kit. I do believe, i have not seen this topic covered and if it was, it was very vague.
