Nice.

Can the boost be raised beyond 20.5-21psi safely with my set up on 93 octane?

not really...theres no point in raising the boost higher..the turbo will run out of breath quick beyond that..plus u have to consider the safety margin..u also might need a fuel pump for those mods..i would recommend it b4 dyno tune..

A walbro pump is installed.

It says in his first post he has a walbro fuel pump But either way, like he said, I wouldn't recommend going past 21psi.

@ 21 PSI am I reaching the ceiling of my injectors or the maximum efficient boost output of the turbine?

The blower will give more boost. The injectors are prolly maxed. I'm running 680cc injectors and I'm at 75% with them already making 250-280 hp (depending on the tune). That's at 19-20 psi. I know the blower will put out 23 psi, but I'm sure the stock injectors will max out long before that....

THanks for the explinations guys.

SO to achieve any more powert with my setup, I would need cams/gears and higher flow injectors?

Also, when you go above 21psi, you get out of the effcientcy window and the air begins to get hotter. Without a good intercooler set-up, you start losing power due to detonation and timing being pulled.
The stock turbo CAN push 25psi (dropping to 22 at 7800rpms), but not real good for it, overheats and shortens the life.

I'm not sure about cams and cam gears, but certainly you'll need more fuel to make more power. Also, the intercooler might have to be upgraded. Generally, it seems that to make more power you gotta put more air and fuel through the engine. Of course, there are limits that you reach rather quickly and the engine will destroy itself due to overstress or detonation..... There just isn't any easy or cheap way to get more HP.....

Thanks bro.

I am just looking for the most reliable and safe amount of power to generate without touching the head of the block.

I will most likely just get new Inj.s, a bigger FMIC, and an O2 housing installed and call it a day. The car is already wicked fast .
