does anyone know how the apexi cone filter attaches to the stock plastic intake pipe? on the site it shows the cone as a circular opening but the evo's stock pipe has a rounded rectangle shape as the opening, is there a fitting that is provided?

also is the apexi cone filter serviceable, or do you have to replace it?

 

If you buy the POWER INTAKE kit which comes with the flange to connect to the maf, you can retain your stock intake pipe.
