Smog that was pretty civil for one of Shiv's internet bouncers.Kevvy when you going again. We expect an 11 sec slip or the wolf did it again and could not cash his tickets.I bet if you fail the old it was raining in August excuse will be used again.You claimed 12 flats and maybe 11s on the stock turbo with your superior tuning guru at the helm. Now with the mighty BR500 you are running a half/10 to 1/10 better than a stage 1+. If Evotomig gets to the 11s with a new front mount and a Vishnu inferior tune as you see it We will all be laughing at you. When I did 12.2 on the stock turbo you attempted to call me slow and that with race gas and cams a 12.2 was childs play. BTW What are your chance of repeating that 60ft. Evotomig would of beat your time with similar 60 ft times. Face it right now you are running only slightly better than a stock turboed Evo with cam/gears,exhaust and ecu tuning. But Kevvy you have much more than that. The truth hurts and only if you were civil with your first tuner you could of got your 12.1-12.2 alot cheaper.

OK, tomig is running his stock turbo pretty hard and overboosting in the midrange. but even still, he does have a point that evo8power's numbers are not that impressive. and guess what their torque curves look like? I'm sure tomig is *all over* the BR500 kit below 5k rpm, which is pretty handy for street use since it seems at the moment their drag results are even.
I'm still amazed how many people go about mods in a strange order. big turbo kits on the stock ECU are on of my favorite.

DONT THINK JUST BECAUSE YOU SMACK A BIG TURBO THATS CAPABLE OF 10s YOUR CAR WILL RUN 10S WITH IT... THERES A WHOLE LOT MORE TO THAT....
evo8power said the same thing when i was at the last shootout in etown when i was running only 12.4s-12.5s.... what he didnt know and what many here can confirm here that my car had serious boost leaks... and couldnt run pass 16psi...
and with peak 27 in 1st and dropping rapidly to 16 in 1st gear and the rest 16-17 psi on the other gears.. i managed to still run 12.5 @114mph... now imagine if i was able to run 27psi?
you and the rest of the ignorance thats here in this forum need to just shut

Let's all take a deep breath and stop bypassing the cuss filter and insulting each other. Everyone on Evom knows that Kev needs to be held a little bit accountable for all his claims and predictions. The time for holding Evotomig accountable (or give him props) is when he comes back from the drag races next week and either runs his good times or doesn't. Just as people shouldn't make predictions on how they do, people also shouldn't give them a hard time until their predictions DON'T come true.

I don’t post on these forums as much as I used to anymore but I had to type something in here. We are all happy for you kev. It's your car and your choice and no one is going to tell you what you should do as I am sure you are a grown man. The question here is, are you really happy with your modes or you keep telling yourself that till you believe it? Some members here think that you did not accomplish anything and some do. Just look at the picture from above. You are a guy who spent over $10000 on you EVO and you are still running 12 sec(not bad) but to dam expensive. You went stage 4 then turbo then flash then pipes then FMIC then and then and then. Are you really happy? If I were you I would ask myself what have I done? but on the other hand you are a rich guy so I guess you don’t give a dam. Just don’t make yourself look like an I!@#t because you are not. Now you want to get AEM have you asked yourself who would tune it for you? You burned your way back with turbotrix one of the best tuners in the world. Even if you get AEM Al would be mad and it will make his flash look bad as well. You are in a bad bad spot my friend.

Sorry i typed my statement wrong... i didnt mean to direct it to EVOTOMIG.... i just didnt like the fact that some people are ignorant and think that just putting a big turbo will automatically put your car in the 10s 11s or whatever..... it takes way more than that(FULL suporting mods for that turbo.. tuning.. leaks of whatever kind and much much more)... Tomig i am sorry if you though i meant you...
smogrunner... btw. i just remembered my setup at that time since i have it written down... it was buschur intake+ exhaust, safc, ebc, hks camshafts.. no buschur fmic yet...

im not mad with anything my car has done or the time, cause i KNOW its a mid 11 sec car, just not with me driving it, im not a good driver, i dont care, i still love it more than anything, so to answer you, no im not upset with naything ive done.....sooner or later, if i do the AEM or not, i will see 11's and thats all i care about, stock turbo big turbo, who cares, 11's are 11's and neither turbo means you shoudl be in either category, thanks ROLLAWAY for the comment, i know now exactly where you are comming from questioning your times as well, and i can launch a car like a mother ****** so yes i will consistently hit 1.67-1.70 60ft....
