Follow the leader?Ok where do i start um?1ST, put 10grand into my car,2nd,then go to 5 different shops for tunning,3rd,Then put down the shops that helped me right after i leave because i had a bad track day.4th,Start fights between shops on the internet that are trying to make a living to feed there familys,How am i doing?

me turn into flame fest!!!!! OMG look through the posts how it started please!!!! that kid started it ill call him that being kind, this is unreal, BLONDE seriosuly, you dont mean i started this do you????? paaa---lll--eeaasseeeeeee......just wanted to post up times and was waiting for some good reposnses, wich i got, most of em....

So what he did not run 11 sec's, it’s his car. He did run 12.1 and has the possibly to run 11's, if you don't put some NOS on it hit 11's once and be done with it.
I think your car is slower also then it should be, but theirs a lot of factors when racing from the engine, Temputures, tires, driver error, shifts, ETC.
Either way good luck in getting to the 11's.

Anyway, it was a great race. One of the closest I've ever been in. We pulled over at the end and were both like, you won.... nah you won.
Just to clarify, my complete set-up:
Stock Version 7 STi heads with stock Version 8 STi Spec C valvetrain/cams
Stock Version 7 block
Stock Version 8 twinscroll exhaust manifold/uppipe w/twinscroll VF36 turbo (OEM Version 8 turbo)
Stock STi 565cc injectors
USDM WRX tranny
Actual "aftermarket" mods:
MRT Frontmount and piping
TXS UTEC engine management
TXS RFL BOV
Custom 3" exhaust w/2.5" TXS RFL muffler section
Walbro 255 Pump
Blitz SBC iD
Friday I was running my pump gas map, and on an my first run out I was getting det (on the street this doesn't happen), so I dumped in 2 gallons of C16 to clean up the map.
My turbo is little, and while I peak @ ~21 psi or so now, I am only holding 14-16 psi to redline. The VF36 or similarly sized to a VF30, if you know what that is. The difference being the responsiveness and spool up characteristics. I hit 15+ psi in 4th gear @ 3k, and about 20 psi in 5th gear @ 3k.
BTW- just to show you how far I am pushing this little turbo, I pick up 10 whp from pump gas to race gas. Pathetic.
Because I hadn't upgraded to the newest UTEC software, I was revving to 8k that night... and honestly with the way the boost falls off, I am not sure thats best.

330- 5.007 / 5.083 / 5.143 / 5.020
1/8- 7.746 / 7.794 / 7.885 / 7.801
mph- 90.84 / 91.48 / 90.35 / 87.65
1000- 10.093 / 10.107 / 10.226 / 10.169
1/4- 12.058 / 12.083 / 12.224 / 12.128
mph- 115.27 / 114.62 / 112.99 / 115.84
Best trap: 115.48
The 12.05 was on an STi 5spd tranny with better ratios (as was the best trap), I am currently having some work done to that.
The US 5spd's 4th gear sucks. And because I am revving to 8k, 3rd takes me 112... so I risk hitting the rev limiter or shifting too early into a sluggish gear. either way, that was mainly the reason I think my trap was down... also, I think I need to change my plugs, god I hate doing that!

Dug nice looking car you got there. how is 5spd v.5 gear set. My friend chuck did it in his car and I love the gearing. Just perfect IMHO. But he has the 1st gear grind issue.
