Here is a rough dyno of the GT30R kit. Keep in mind that this was an early kit on our car when it was a stock motor and head, S-AFC and some prototype cams that spooled about 200rpm later than HKS's but made the same power. Compared to the dyno a typical EVO8 spools about 400-500 quicker on the street than on the dyno in 4th gear, so here it would see full boost at about 3800 rpm on the street. With the AEM and the other stuff that our car has on it now it would probably see full boost at 3600-3700rpm. This turbo is comparable to HP to the HKS 3037 kit and it does spool quicker. I'm trying to get the porsche exchange to send us something on that dyno plot.

How close is the GT30R to the GT3076R? I thought the GT3076R is between the GT30R and GT35R.

GT30R is a general term for a series of turbo's. There are a hanfull of combinations that fit in the GT30R category, the GT3076 being one of them and the GT3071 being another.

Which GT30R is on that dyno? It looks like that is a great combo for a street/stip car.

what do you estimate the bhp at? Dynos seem to vary quite a bit. That graph looks real nice.

How much more does this turbo have in it? I just don't know if I will be able to handle the lag of the 35R since my car is a street car first.

Martin-

do you have a dyno compare of a stock turbo vs. your gt2871r kit on pump gas? I am looking for more power without sacrifycing much street driving response, as this car is my daily driver.

thanks.
