GM Syncromesh and Penzoil Syncromesh - Is it the same?

GM Syncromesh and Penzoil Syncromesh - Is it the same?
I am going to get my tranny fluid changed at the dealer. I can't find the Penzoil Syncromesh. Can anyone confirm if the GM Syncromesh is the exact same stuff
