Sounds superb, you will get it running even better than it did before. Did you get the Tomei cams allready?

No snow for another 3-4 months and I actually garage my EVO during winter. But I'm sure I'll get a few nice crisp and cold autum days with plenty of dense air to test my turbo on

Well, Paul said he was going to e-mail me a tracking # but no sign of it yet Yeah, give him a call and whip his sorry ***

HAHA ya i will call him and say look man you need to take care of your special customers! Ya it should run allot better then before. With the valvtrain and everything balanced i should be able to rev to 9K-9500 no problem. The springs are good for 10500rpms so no issue there. The cams will be here on the 1st but i still have a back order on the cam gears...DAMN IT! As far as the bottom end i think i will shoot for 35psi since i only have a 3.5 bar MAP sensor for now till i can get a 5 bar MAP and shoot for over 600whp. I gotta catch up to AL!!! LOL. I just think it will be great to be able to keep up or beat a shop car with a personal car. LOL i cant wait!

No not yet. I grenaded 2 pistons. So now im getting it bored .20 over, with Ross pistons, eagle rods, blueprint and balance the crank, pistons, and rods, new springs and retainers and some more aggressive cams. So now im hoping to be closer to 600whp. I shouldnt have a problem we are gonna raise the boost to 35psi and raise the rev limiter to 9K to 9500rpms. With everything balanced we shouldnt have a problem. The springs and retainers are good for 10500rpms so those numbers should be easy. My next dyno will be on a Dynojet dyno so we can get some more comparable numbers from what other people have. Hopfully we will see my torque raise allot. If you seen my other graphs you know that the turbo just wanted to keep going and was making its peak power at redline so with us doing this and being able to rev higher that should help allot. I gotta catch up to AL!!!! Wish me luck!!!

Ya from what we talked about that is definetly possible but i think you might want to get a bigger exhaust housing or a larger turbo. If anybody is interested i got a connection last night to do hard coating in either satan or chromex. They can do basically anything you want. I will be getting my pistons coated inside and out and probably my hot side of the turbo housing. They say you will see up to a 40 degree drop. AMAZING!! PM me if you are interested!

Any Mayer here you go jumping in on the 3 some agian. G'z all you have to do is ask there is no need to feel bad about things and try and squeeze you way in! Oh wait you like squezing your way in huh !!! LOL..

Hi Chris,

Finally decided to change to the .82 exhaust housing after all. Will do the change this Friday and then book a new tuning day ASAP, won't know if the CAS caused any real problems until then. I've got lots of contradicting words from lots of experienced tuners regarding the CAS so I really don’t know what to think. I'll keep you guys posted as soon as it's tuned again which will hopefully be in the beginning to mid of October.

Maybe not quite that bad but some times I really wish I could hibernate until spring On the other hand the EVO is a superb winter car, tons of fun if you dare to take it out
