What "holes insides"? The only way sand can get inside your motor is if it get sucked through the intake, and even then the air filter is supposed to catch it.

Or sand can get stuck in the rotating parts, like belts and pulleys, but if it got in there you would know by now

u raise up the on a jack or a lift and look under. if there is any leaks then you'll know.but on a evo spec a brand new one. i havn't seen any leaks at this dealership i work at. so its uncommon for a evo to start leaking oil....unless you didn't tighten up any bolts

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "all the holes" inside the intake pipe, etc. Do you mean there's sand and debris inside the intake? If it's fine sand and dust, it will basically be trapped by the oil and you shouldn't get much damage at all. Just change the oil and filter immediately and you should be all set.

It's hard to understand your posts clearly, but sand in the intake and intercooler pipes doesn't sound good.

Best thing to do is remove the pipes, clean them out, and reattach. The little bit of sand and dust left behind WILL be caught be your oil. Don't worry! Just change the oil and filter a couple of times back-to-back and you'll be ok.

The question we should ask is how did the sand get in there?!?!?!?!? Your filter should have caught that. If it is actually INSIDE the pipes check to see if you have a air filter.
