air/fuel ratio question

i just installed a wideband o2 sensor i already have a safcII, and i know that the ideal air/fuel ratio to shoot for is about 11-11.5/1 at WOT. but at what rpm should it start to be at 11-11.5/1 all the way to redline. also what are some ideal air/fuel ratios across the entire rpm range to shoot for at WOT. any help will be apreciated.

At WOT I would love 11.5 all the way.

It's not really rpm range but rather boost for the most basic level of tuning. You usually need to be a touch richer at peak torque, etc. but 11.5 at full boost across the range is fine; depending on your octane. I assume you can get 93 at least.
