Really sounds like an intercooler hose popped off. Verify all those IC hoses, even the ones under the car, are secure.

If those are all good, so long as your car is under warranty, you can get it towed to a shop for free. I've used it twice. No charge. Flat bed truck.

i think its te fuel pump

go back and re-install the fuel pump to make sure it is correct

I now somebody this same thing happened to and he got straded on the side of the road
He was experiencing fuel starvation because he didnt put the end cap of the pump on all the way

other than that, check the intake and IC hoese

1. what if I had the ecu flashed...can the dealer see that?
2. When you say end cap on the fuel pump, are you referring to the plastic piece with the clips? If so, I am sure that is on right. If that were loose, wouldn't this problem be all the time, not just under boost...like it was at first?

Thx for the feedback.

Check your MAF sensor also (Make sure its plugged in good) Also, check and replace (or clean and gap) your plugs.. At this point it does sound like your describing fuel cut, but it could be a severe plug misfire or the ignition coils malfunctioning.

Early on I was getting a surging sensation, it took me awhile to figure out my plugs were the culprit.

Another possibility is that your overboosting, your gauge may read low compared to what it actually is..

ok. Checked the MAF sensor...all good....Actually unplugged it and put it back. Checked the hoses on the Hallman..all good. DV all good..Checked the lines on the pump...ok.

If the car is in neutral I can rev the engine past 3k rpm if I press the pedal slow and even pressure. If I press hard it cuts at 2800 rpm...

What do you think? Is the Walbro faulty? Is it the reflash? All of the intercooler pipes are connected..tight.

at this point no one knows anymore take it to the dealer. or in fact if i were u I would return everything everything stock and try that. Even if your E CU is flashed everything should work fine. Is your fuel pump making some wierd noise? replace it with the stock one and try, the stock one should work and atleast put you in the rigth path.

I dont think that its something to do with his spark plugs because he is not making significant whp difference. I think his spark plugs should be ok especially he did not remove them. It's wierd because you are (maybe) having fuel cut under no boost??? good luck but as i said above return everything to stock and start their.

Swap the intake out and put back the stocker. Since you put on a couple of parts at once, you have no choice but to go back and swap each one to see which is causing your problems.

well, the stock fuel pump is back in....not the problem. Since I am using the stock maf sensor would it be logical that it is not the injen?

Dont think its fuel cut as the dynoflash removes this feature... Sounds like a boost leak or PLUGS ..

hope you didnt damage the maf while installing the injen... check your wiring at the maf connector

Yea, dynoflash removes fuel cut. I had similar problem...I would mash on the gas and my car would jerk violently...if I applied the gas slowly there would be no problem. Come to find out that my metak heat shield from my AEM intake was rubbing against an exposed wire on the MAF. I pust some electrical tape around the wire and the problem was solved
