Please Help!! Car is taking a crap!!
I just installed my dyno flashed ecu, injen intake kit, walbro 255, and UR test pipe. (I also have a hallman MBC/Greddy type s(installed in the right direction)/tanabe DP) The car is running like ****. At 4k rpm it feels like it is bucking or giving out. The boost drops and goes up drops and goes up above 4k. What is wrong. I still have a check engine light, even though I put the o2 sensor in the test pipe as per the instructions(moved the wire to the hole further up under the passenger seat...no splicing).
Please help!!
Please help!!
How do I check the fuel pump? It is making that lite humming noise everyone says is normal. I have reset the ecu like 3 times. The hallman is set to 20psi. I did the single spring mod to the BOV. I spoke to greddy and they said it does not sound like a BOV issue, if it were it would not be studdering and stammering but either on or off. I don't know what else to do. Ihave to drop it off at the dealer for new rotors tonight...I guess I should put the stock DV in...right?
Ya know.. before you go crazy.. if you still have the stock airbox installed, make sure the snorkle isn't "Swimming around" make sure the fasteners for the snorkle are on it, otherwise it can move up and hit the underside of the hood, blocking off airflow..

I have the Injen, so no air box. However, I put in my stock DV and took out the greddy, it seems to have solved the problem. I did not really push it that hard, but it is def. better. Now here is the question, the Greddy is under a month old...do you think I can return it to the place I bought it? Turbo Trix is usually very good regarding customer service, so maybe they will help me out...I will call tomorrow.
I can't see the greddy causing that issue... what seems more likely is you hitting fuel cut. Fuel cut hits just like you described. Drop the hallman down to 19/18 and see if it goes away. If it does... fuel cut is probably the problem.
it is happening before 19 psi. oh, reinstalling the stock dv did not solve anything. It is almost like the intake hose is popping off at high rpm but everything is tight...I don't get it. Al said he removed the fuel cut when he did a reflash...any thoughts?

It seriously sounds like fuel cut... i know that it is supposed to be taken out but just give it a try... lower your boost down and keep lowering it to see if it goes away. If all the sudden it goes away and then when you up the boost it comes back... fuel cut is what you got.
Just trying to eliminate the easy stuff. Drop your boost to 15 if you have to... just try to see if it goes out... even if you were detonating the timing pull would make a flatened out feeling not an on/off again feeling. What you're discribing is exactly like fuel cut. Don't mean to be redundant but just something to try and eliminate out of this mystery.

I will try lowering the boost tomorrow. I have disconnected the battery and still a light. If it is fuel cut, what do I do...is it the flash? Will that hurt the engine? I was hoping the car would run better after removing the EMS....no such luck.

Now I cant even drive the car. It seems to be a fuel problem. Now I am driving...maybe 25mph..into 2nd and...it sputters...no rpm, but the boost gauge moves(when on the gas pedal)... push on the gas pedal and nothing happens.....a second or 2 later.... the car pulls. Now this is happening in 2nd gear under NO BOOST. WTF!! Now I have no car for the weekend....or maybe the next week...WTF Could it be the ecu/flash? I can't bring the car to the dealer...it wont accelerate out of second gear!!!
