The BEST option is to get the fitting back on the discharge tube (I really would like to do that too) but this way works too..
Damn, I don't know why I didn't think of using a check valve. I tend to overlook the obvious easy solutions!

aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh. Now I am confused again. Do I need to keep the "T" fitting and joining fitting I bought. Or do I need to get a different piece (1 way valve) that works only under boost. Wouldnt that have to still be a "T" type fitting if I am splicing into the line that comes off my Forge recir valve to the surge tank. I don t know what kind of part that is. I cant fabricate so I am going to have to go with this for now.

Please help me with the terminology b/c its getting confusing. BPV, DV...

No the valve isn't required, that was just a suggestion to address an issue described by propellerhead...

Just use the T fitting and the Joiner.. thats all you need.. join the new vacuum line to the old short piece with the restrictor in it.. Then put the T fitting in the DV line (surge tank to Forge) and thats it..

Thank you. The hose from the forge circ and the surge tank isnt very long either, Just making a reference to the correct hose. Right?

Yeah, you can replace it with a longer hose if you wanted to.. Its not very long from the section of hard line to the DV (Forge valve)

I would be curious to see other's diagrams of the way they routed their hoses. I started a thread a while back but no hits. I may have mine setup incorrectly.

Why did they design the pipe with out the nipple and why did they design one of the eye holes for the bolt to go through open so I cant even guide the bolt up into that cramped space. I am sweating my ***** off and have had it with the pipe coming off the turbo. Any tips would be appreciated.

Looks like I will have to call Buschur Monday. The IC eyelets do not line up. One side was about 1/2-1inch too short to reach the eye on the car. I tried everything to get it to line up. I started with one side, then the other side, from the middle...no luck.

I had the same problem when I had mine. They will tell you to just play with the brackets a little. It will line up you just have to play with them a little, dont be afraid to bend the brackets.

ok. I hammered the one end and now it bolts up ok. I did have to remove the bolt that connects the upper IC pipe to the chassis and pulled it down. That seemed to do the trick.

You have a leak somewhere. Check you I/C pipes. More than likely you've blown a clamp somewhere.
