Evolution 7 LHD expert. Ralliart ECU

I bought my Ralliart Sport ECU RA571185P1, it will be in my hands in October. I would like to know if this part is COMPLETELY "plug and play".
I'm asking this because once a Mitisubishi employee told me that I have to chage two wires... but they did it on a Lancer Evolution VI. Maybe the guy bought the japanese version RHD ECU, I don't know...
Is there someone here with a Lancer Evolution VII that installed one Ralliart Sport ECU?

I had that ECU on my car, it is a 100% plug and play, just plug it in and drive it.

If you got the LHD version, it is plug and play...the RHD version requires 2 wires to be swapped when installing on a LHD car (for the immobilizer system)

Uhhh.. I wouldn't do that. 1.6 bar = 23 psi. Not really a good idea unless you're on 100+ octane gas or have water injection.

Why not just get a reflash, UTEC, or AEM? They will all do the same thing and most likely work better than the EVO 7 ECU.

This Ecu was developed by Ralliart to be run at 1.6bar on 100 octane.
I had it for 3 months, it is good every bit, also, they dont make it for the 8.

Crazy is correct here.....

this is not a part designed for the Evo VIII at all...to my knowledge, they never did an Evo VIII version. This is only for the Evo VII.

EVO 8 ECU for competition. Not sure if we can get it here and how it will run. Any ideas?

it wont work on a US Spec car without wire swapping and its premapped for much higher octane than we get at the pump here. IE - not worth trying, just get a UTEC

Do you need to tune the car after intalling the ECU? Or can i just plug it in, turn up up the boost & thats it? how much does it cost? can I use only 96 octane on this ECU?
