No Sunroof,

18" Fahren rims (lighter then stock)
I have boost controller.
Super AFC
Turbo Timer.
Megan racing cat-back

The greddy profec B spec II - Is boosting at 16 PSI on high.
The AFC is running smooth with 0 knock when accelerating.

Do you think that a 2003 Neon SRT-4 with 500 miles COMPLETELY stock should have beaten me from a start, 30 mph roll, and a 50 mph roll ? ALL BY ABOUT 3 CARS ?

Or do you think something is wrong with my car?

what should the stock boost be in PsI ?

any ideas?

If your car was BONE stock... you should have won by a lot. Ecspecially off the line.

 

stock boost is 19psi then tapers off at 16psi in the higher gears.And r u sure it was a 03 neon because the 04 has 15 hp over the 03.

 

Stock boost peaks at 19.5 psi. You should definitly have more boost. That is probably your problem. You need to crank your boost controller up or you have a leak...

 

So whats going on..

I put the Greddy profec Spec II boost controller, and with NO gain its at like 14 psi.. With gain I have it to 16 psi. But with no gain its lower than the stock 19??

Whats happened to that.

That would make the major difference correct?

This is really annoying, does anyone know of a good tuner in Central florida I can take my car to and get everything done properly, this place i go to keeps lieing to me and feeding me bull****, and im getting tired of it.

 

What can I boost to with S-AFC, and all that **** i have??

And how do you check for turbo leaks?

Check ALL of your hose-clamp connections for intake/intercooler/bov/etc. An improperly tuned S-AFC would do ya bad as well I'd think... Fix the boost problem soon. Peak really should be at 19 or better... *nods*

 

So,

This guy is trying to tell me the stock boost is 13.5 psi.
And that he can still beat me.

Could you send me some Apexi S-Afc settings that would be good?

And what do you think i could boost at safely?
