How to tell if the evo8 has titanium turbo

I was wondering if anybody knows how to tell if the evo 8 is optioned with the titanum turbo by just looking around the car and engine bay.

Ahh No, It does not come on our cars. You have to bolt one on.

I know how to tell...look on a map and identify where you bought your EVO. If the country surrounding that spot is called the United States, then rest assured you do not have a titanium turbo

There are currently no OE USDM Evo's with the Turbo.. However, you can tell by the part # on the cold-side housing..

TD05HRA-16G6-10.5t
TD05HRA-16G6-9.8t

The USDM Evo gets the

TD05HR-16G6-9.8t

You can identify the 10.5 housing or 9.8 housing because the nozzle size is cast into it (though possibly not easily visible)
