Taxes and fees will vary by location. For example, taxes are quite high in chicago (8% illinois + 1% city + 1% for some "urban drivers" tax). I paid a little over 28 OTD, but that was way back in may when the very first one arrived in the midwest. Aim for 27k.

Also realize that in most places you should only have to pay taxes on the net cost (price - trade-in). So if they give you 10k for your car and you negotiate the price as 25, you should only be paying tax on 15k.

i got my 2004 evo RS for 25800 OTD. not originally though..i took delivery for 278** otd. my credit union sucks a** so i couldnt get financed unless they lowered the price(to go thru mitsu finance) and they did to 230** , i know its nothin to brag about. but i guess they figured if i gave the car back with about 4** miles they would really lose money on it. heh F! they deserved it.=i live in northern cali btw.

Paid $24k after the $500 owner loyalty rebate. That's without sales tax but with all doc, temp tag, etc. fees.
