Ebay Evo I Bought Is A Lemon!!
It bothers me that *hit heads will tear up an Evo then turn around, sell it, and another set of *hit heads will try to sell the car new.
Mitsu's problem......when the Evo came out, they approved anyone to buy it!!!! (yeah if that dont lead to troubles, I dont know what will!)
Its like Mitsu NA finally had a good car to sell and when ape *hit trying to sell it ( I had one dealer comparing it to a Ferrari 360.....ok buddy, not in this lifetime!!!!!!!!!!)
Good luck to jkisineffect
Fight for your rights cause in effect, he's fighting for ours!!!

I would say you would have to get a new title mailed to you, as that would have to go in the cars history as a owner. What would you sell it for anyways. You would most likely have to take a loss on it and to avoid what is happening to you disclose all the information you have on the car currently.
Ahhh...read this whole thread and no resolution. Sorry about all this drama dude. I hope you win this case.
Somebody who knows about Evos needs to visit jkisineffect, give this car a good once over, and then take some pics. Maybe there is a silver lining in all this if he loses the case. Maybe this car was owned by a guy who really knew what he was doing but got lazy returning it to stock before he traded it in. Once you fall in love with another car your current ride sorta loses its appeal. Plus you figure if the dealership is selling it for 23k they probably paid less than $20k for it as a trade in. As long as the car hasn't been in an accident it should be totally rebuildable, right?
