Ebay Evo I Bought Is A Lemon!!
Stay away from Debadged Evo
Usually a DEBADGED CAR would be modded ...
I would never think about buying a debadged car, only people who do that mod the hell out of the car
If the car look stocks and it comes with orignal Badged, then the chances the previous only did not mod with it.

Too bad your theory means **** in the real-world.
Hey now, you bought thru e-bay so you have the protection of e-bay at your disposal. It's a last resort to use e-bay and go after a seller, but hey, it's your ace in the hole.
Go the normal pissed but understanding route. I wonder if the dealer can go after the dude who sold them the car for saying it was stock. Hopefulle both you and the dealer can find some middle ground and work together to solve this issue.
If not, sick e-bay on em.

STFU newb.
Can I assume that since you are a newb that you are also a complete and total idiot...
...in much the same way that you assume my car is modded because there are no badges?
I have no badges because I want a "clean" look. Otherwise my car is completely stock because I want to keep my warranty.
Cabo
Sorry you got burned.
Ive bought and sold cars off Ebay, all with good experences, and I know others who were robbed blind. Return the car if your unhappy, get a decient lawyer to write you up a letter full of nasty law talk and fax it over to the seller, should cost 500? Most of the time the seller will except the car back, but you might eat the cost to ship the car back. Hopefully you'll recover your money. Trust me, getting into the drivers seat of a car that you got taken on will **** you off day in and day out ... my first car buying experence at 16
.
I saw that car for sale on Ebay. Thing that tipped me off was the missing heat shield, and a the junkyard paint marker number on the exhaust manifold.... buyer beware.
How about starting a thread for Evos on Ebay?

Calling them up and yelling=bad business. Debadged=modded, Bull$hit. Politely tell them your problem and ask for assistance. No one wants to help out a "yelling punk". That remark is not meant to offend you, just give you solid advice on how to better your chances. RRR
