Check out WWW.GALLS.COM. It's a law enforcement supplier and they sell corner strobes in 4,6,8 outlet choices. You will have to drill a 1" hole into the light housing, then insert each strobe bulb. Off each bulb there will be a 15' cable that will run back to the power supply (usually tucked up under dash). Get the power directly off the battery with an inline fuse and wire up a toggle switch on dash. Keep in mind, these are the REAL DEAL... blinding bright white strobes that will fire in any one of many flash patterns. Bulbs are avail in clear, blue, red, amber...and using any on the street would be a huge mistake. One of the best looks is to have them in the headlights in front and any clear lens at the rear. If you don't want to cut holes in your light fixtures, you can purchase what looks like fog lights that contain the same clear strobes and simply mount them behind your grill (they wire up exactly the same as corner strobes). Another option is wig wags (alternating headlights) and traffic backers (alternating tail lights/back up lights). GALLS offers a complete Whelen 90W four strobe kit with bulbs, 15' cables and power supply for $309.99 #Z-GR185. The visual effect is just like the pace cars you see in NASCAR!!! Hope that helps.

I'm an Engineer for fiber optic communications design and was looking for an option to make my truck more visible when I have to drive slowly and make frequent stops on busy roads. This sounds like a great option. So to those who think no one else has use for this question...you are wrong. Thanks for asking it. This thread has given me some great information.

No hate on the OP, but there is a reason I stopped attending car shows lol. Gears and Gasoline made a nice video on the topic. Check it out!
