No way, if he wants decals...it all good. I guess the HKS evo is rice...its got DECALS all over. I guess every single tuner evo out there is rice too then...they ALL have decals all over. Seriously, get Need for Speed Underground and wide body kit the normal lancer that's in the game. It becomes the evo8. 
You can choose from hundreds of decals on the game, when you find one you really like, take a "Print/screen" shot, print it, take it to the decal place and have them recreate it. I'm thinking either the orange tribal tiger or carbon pattern in veilside graphics they normally use for the evo8.
By the way, I do agree that decals can be tacky when not thought out properly. IE, imagine the HKS all carbon evo8 with just a little neon pink and green flower on the hood and a lighting bolt along the side. UGH...:P Now thats rice....really really wrong rice.

Look Im getting decals put on my car soon. What Im looking for is something that goes with the lines of the car. What I had in mind for my ralley red Evo was to put two stripes (thin of course ) that runs the length of the car. The stripes are black and silver they will be designed to look like the pattern on the NISMO Skyline GTR. As the stripes go to the back of the car they will break into a elongated checkered pattern. Just like the GTR's to the front of the car right above the side marker light there will be a roman numeral VIII blended into the two thin black and silver stripes.
