well, i talked to my freind at sam swope in louisville ky today. he talked to the head of the district for mitsu or something. not sure if it was vp, or what-not, but a credible source. he said " the first sets of Evos (i.e. ones on a list already), will be made throughout december, and delivery in january." also, he said 265 hp. he told me theres been ALOT of talk around the place about this car, and they cant wait untill it comes. I'm the very first person in their dealer to get one... this comes from his boss, who is head of the sam swope deparment i guess. i hope this date is right, but i bvelieve my friend, hes the type that doesnt lie. i know him pretty well... so at least he wouldnt lie to me. in other words, this is the info he knows about... so take the info how you like. he said something about them getting "all" details by the beginning of december, and he will call me with the news. il keep you all posted on what i hear.

RT Turbo needs to learn how to spell or type properly.

If he's #1, good for him. Speaking of #1, this is my first post on here, although I've been checking things out around here for a little while. I went buy my local dealership today and was told that they should have information on pricing in Mid-December and they will hit the ground Mid/Late-Jan. I'm looking forward to swinging by again to see what kind of coin we're looking at.

Well, lets see here, I live in Ky. Theres not much demand here yet, because not many people know about it. And if they do, they already have a wrx, and are nolonger in the market for a car. So, being theres no demand yet, and ive been in the market for this car a LONG TIME, is it feasible that i may actually be first in line at my dealership?

Let's keep things civil, eh. Most people do not have perfect typing when online, it's a pretty standard thing to see a plethora of spelling and grammar errors in any one post. Take what you will of it.
Also, I would ASSUME that most people on these boards are #1 in line for their Evo, because the people here are the ones with the most desire for this car. And since the people here are from all over the country there are plenty of dealerships for everyone to be the #1 man (or woman).

and feel united in a common cause.

The last reps I spoke to said: "270 hp, available Feb, no AYC, base price around 28G."

I think we are getting fairly consistent info now.
