i dont understand....all dynos are different but all tracks are the same?? is this what you are trying to say?the importance isnt in the max HP number on Shiv's dyno...his DD dyno reads lower than most dynos...but the true significance is the DIFFERENCE is the two pulls between stock and w/ XEDE...the difference would show up on ANY dyno regaurdless of the peak HP number...besides, peak HP number is for dyno queens...

I am the owner of the 2005 that was tuned by Vishnu. And I must say compared too all the other 2005 cars tuned from dynoflash, buscher...OHHHH wait a min they weren't able to do anything to it yet =0 . And of course running 100 oct is not reasonable for daily driving, but I dunno maybe just maybe having the capability to increase 30+ WHP safely for the use of I dunno like a place like a track might , I think it just might help a little. pshh...
And YES I will go and give you guys times from the drag 1/4 mile strip from Sac Raceway within a week for eveyone that are curious.

On a Side NOte. I DID TRASH a COCKY KID from Minnesota with a crappy tuned Piggy back of some sort YEsterday night..I will try to get my friend to post Vid's later. THANKS SHIV for actually being ABLE to TUne my Car.

Race gas maps are only worthless if you don't have the ability to toggle between two ECU maps. Since the XEDE has this capability, the vast majority of custom tunes I do at my shop and at out-of-state dyno days are for two maps (pump and race gas). Most XEDE customers request this so I can only conclude that there are more than a few people out there who find this feature (and the extra power) useful. My friend who is an ECU programmer at PVO/Dodge told me that the Mopar Stg 3 (for the SRT-4) also has/or will soon have his map switching feature. Besides.... the drag, road and street racers love it. Not that we condone street racing, of course!

PS. Glad you like the car Dan

Dyno bashing aside, the main issue is if all '05s show this kind of improvement. If so, then which part(s) are responsible and how much do they cost?

I saw a tech article on that in yesterdays coverage of the SCCA pro Rally. They have a little dial on the dash where they can "dial-in" the right boost map to optimize the traction for the different road conditions...

How do the 04's compare to the 05's stock to stock? I keep hearing that the 04's produce better than the 03's. Does this hold true from 04 to 05?
