Wow...
Hi guys,
Finally tested our XEDE on a bone stock '05 EVO. The results were surprising to say the least....
Stock on 91oct vs. stock w/XEDE on 91oct vs. stock/XEDE on 100octane fuel

Something must be wrong with your dyno. Motor Trend dyno'ed an MR which has the same turbo as the GSR and RS and 4th gear is almost the same in both transmissions. They got 240 to the wheels. Yours only got 210 before and 240 after. The 100 octane is worthless because that is an unrealistic figure for everyday driving.
yeah it must have just broke. OR did you ever think that maybe it just responds to mods well? you're pretty misguided... btw did you ever think that some people run more than pump gas in their car everyday? :gasp: there's a thought.

This is on a DD dyno.

not everyone sets their cars up for the drag strip...all dynos are different yes, but when you are testing the same car on the same day on the same dyno...only difference is ONE mod, then the improvements will be displayed on the dyno
I think the balance of the car is what's important. If you could run low 13's on that car at the drag strip and still make good times on autox without changing, I'll say that's a great car.
Still 260 on a bone stock evo with a piggyback is a great number!
