Just wondering how much the new owner survey means to the dealership. The salesman seem anxious about it and tell you that you get a free oil change if you bring it back to the dealership.

 

It means a lot. Bringing it back to the dealership is basically like selling your vote. You don’t make things better by letting them fill it out for you as some dealerships require to get the free oil change. I say you should fill it out honestly yourself.

Those survey's determines their year end bonus and raise.

If the sales person gets less than the standard score, he gets fired.

This goes same for the dealership. If they get better customer survey scores, they could get more cars and get it at a good price.
