1000 hp is crazy, so that should be 800-850 whp right?

The 1000 hp was made on an engine dyno right...

Seems strange to me that someone building a 1000 hp evo would have it worked on at the dealership. Sounds fishy.

We out down 670 on a fairly conservative tune with our small turbo. We had the bigger turbo on for a couple of pulls and it did make more but the useable power was less. Big numbers don't mean much if you're making them at the very top of the rpm band. Less power over that comes on earlier will usually get you down the track faster, especially with a manual tranny car.

Do you guys also have the softwear glitch with the Dyno Jet that keeps it from reading over 750 whp on awd mode?

I'm not sure if it's a glitch but it does flatline at 750. Dynojet says that the 248c will only read over 750 on one roller but I'm going to find out for sure this week at sema.
