I'm looking for drag racing..not so much autox, i just wanna beef up the evo, and since I have the money i figured this is a good time. I really would like to get the turboxs UTEC instead of aem ems..will the utec be just as good?

the utec is a very good product. if you have the right tuner to get things going. ken at pruven is pretty much a master at those things. if i was you i would definately look into a larger turbo kit as well as the norm.being intake, turbo back exhaust, fuel pump, injectors, cams, etc etc. pruven performance could definately help you out with all of this.

full turbo back 3",injectors,fuel pump,CAI,hks 272 cams,greddy FMIC,retune SAFC w/ pocketlogger or pay a tuner
that should be like 4000 and homeboys advice about the trip to amsterdam is priceless
dont get an EBC like people are saying cuz you have an MBC,also brakes are always good maybe slotted front rotors ,ss braided lines, new fluid, new pads
now your at 4900 still plenty to travel or driving school

hks cams, aem cam gears, helix 3in downpipe, high flow cat, a 3 in cat back exhaust (i'd personally just get a magnaflow muffler with a 3in inlet and have a cat back custom built, but if you want something showy then just buy one), o2 relocator, hks intake, works throttle body, safc2 (if you don't actually have fuel management), greddy boost controller, a fuel pump, a larger intercooler, and a clutch and stainless steel clutch cable if you can swing it. if you play your cards right, you might even have change left over .

I take 1k and spend it on hookers with fat booties, cash out the rest into one dollar bills. Then shower you and the car with the money and have hookers shake their a$$es with some crazy gangsta rap music that makes no sense blaring and film it.

imho stay with your mbc.i would not put cam gears on any evo.not worth it unless there free. you dont need a custom built exhaust.all of the aftermarket ones i have installed are very straight meaning minimal bends. you may also want to figure in a clutch.possibly rps, act. thoroghly think out your mods.you should be up over 400whp with that kind of cash. btw pm me if you need any more info.
