the ATP kit bolts on useing stock pieces. doesnt come with intake, manifold and a few other things.. these full kits have pretty much everything you need to set it up

lol isnt that always the question? im just tryin to get a ballpark figure for how much itll cost to get x amount of horsepower

Lunchbox you should search the forums alittle more and you will find your answer, it really is not that expensive or difficult to mod an EVO especially when compared to other cars out there. Cams, MBC, Turboback, and a Flash can put you in the 12s no problem. Vishnu Stage 1+ cars ($2500) consistently have been running low 12s. 11s are possible on the stock turbo, and you can do it with out spending no more than $4,000 (or less).
