i remember, i saw a black civic from canada, it had a small SI badge, like the us EX badge. turns out their SI is our EX, and our SI was their SI-R (96-00 version)

I believe you can register there, but as kit car. Meaning higher insurance.

Here is how you get an EVO in Canada.. you drive over from many of the US states close to Canada
