I'm a little bit late with some of this but here ya go:

What you are seeing appears to be the left side tail light. The pointy part at the bottom that sticks out the most. You can compare to the right tail light.

I remember reading on the Japanese car page where we originally saw the first stats released that this wing is not adjustable. I just haven't gone back to verify for sure.

 

Why the hell does this say Lancer? The Evolutions all say Evolution.
I think they slapped an OZ rally dash in it, or are they different?

An OZ-Rally dash has an "Evo VII" white gauge cluster on it, but it does say Lancer as well:

 

Naaa, that's GOTTA be the emblem.... far too shiny and whatnot.

 

From what I can see that thing in the lower left does look like the emblem, as fireball said. you can see where the light ends and the emblem is separate.

I think the logo says just "Evo" All of the JDM pictures show the Lancer name on the lower left part of the trunk and Evolution on the lower right. The US spec has nothing on the lower right.
