Dude...the chicks in my area don't even know what an Evo is! If there are any chicks that talk Evo, theres very very few of them.

on the contrary to what all you guys say, i've had alota very good compliments on the car when i had the wing on. alot from women around our age group. really i've gotten so many complaints about it being wingless all my coworkers were telling me to put it back on. so i think the wing does attract alot of people. basically it makes the car.

My wife liked the evo because of the big wing. age might play a role she is only 23.
My mom thought it was a toyish car but is scared to hop in after riding in it once !
my dad thinks all japanese cars for the most parts are econo rice burners . I told him this one required premium rice and showed him how fast it burned a tank and he was like ???
My brother likes the evo and any other jap car over 30k lol
my sister in law likes it and she is 35 .
so over all 45+ for my area would not like it 35 and down like it !
I love my winged warrior.

Most people my age think my car is juvenile and childish...until they go for a ride.

Women my age dont take the car seriously...they also think the car is childish. I mostly get asked "Why didnt I get a BMW since I paid so much"

This is why I date 19 year olds.

Well,

I showed my other half (she is 23) a picture of an Evo IV, MK IV, and RX-7, all stock.

She said RX-7, followed closely by the MKIV... I asked her why the Evo got no love, sure enough she said, "The wing...unless you're on a mission to pick up 8 year old boys."

And that is why she's a keeper.

If I cared what chicks wanted to see me driving I'd still be driving a bmw. I'm at the point where if they don't like the wing on my car then o f'n well.

so far no girls have ever disliked it. mostly my guy friends joke about it being a huge table but they still adore my car. only my mom has thought of it as a little "out there".

my girlfriend hates it. in all honesty, i started hating it. it's just too flashy for me. yea yea, i know it's functional and all, but rarely do i see myself in triple digit land racing my heart out. i have always been about the stealthy approach to my cars. so i took it off along with my trunklid and sold it to some kid with a lancer. i think it looks a lot better without it, i replaced it with a little lip spoiler (like a m3/m5) that always gets positive feedback.

I'm 25 I bought the car because of the performance. Being an ex 500rwhp mustang cobra owner I wanted a balanced car that would be all around fun to drive not just accelerate in a straight line. I was not a fan of the wing at first, I never thought it was ricey just BIG. The evo can back up the wings claims of performance.

Now I think that the wing makes the car look balanced, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Now the taillights are another story. LOL

Most guys over 20 don't have a clue as to what an evo is, and fewer women even care what an evo is.

I bought the evo for myself, not for a girl. BTW my GF couldn't care less about the spoiler, she just doesn't want me to get too crazy with the mods and it end up like the mustang.

I've only met one girl who knew what an evo was when I answered the "what do i drive" question.
